Mark was the project manager. He came out first to set up what had to be done and then came the next day with Jon and Michael to get the project going.
Jon and Michael were there each day (three in total), worked through the day, and did a fine job on the installation of the heat pump. Plus, they were just two good guys to have on the job. When they were finished, they cleaned up the area and even wrapped our water heater while wrapping the furnace vents. Much appreciated that.
We had used Matt in years past on our oil furnace. He always did a great job. The furnace was still functioning well, but it was time to move on.
