“Justin and his crew spent two long days to replace our furnace and air conditioner. We really appreciated their work. Justin also stayed with us to teach us how to program and use the thermostat. All was well. I later discovered there was no electricity to our dishwasher. I contacted Tom, who set in motion a process to identify the problem. Matt talked to Justin, then emailed me, and we had a few more emails to try to figure out what happened, but couldn’t resolve the issue. Justin came back the next day, quickly determined the problem, and fixed it in about an hour. We expect to be happy with our new heating and AC unit.
