“I am so very appreciative of the work performed by your company last Friday afternoon. Brittany kept in contact by text to remind me of my appointment and Andy also texted to let me know when he would arrive. He was professional and very polite, making sure he didn't make a mess while he had to dismantle and clean all of the internal stove parts. I was thrilled that he was able to repair my +20 year old Jotul gas fireplace (hearth stove) while taking his time trying to explain as he went what he thought the issue could be. I will gladly call and ask for Andy if I ever require future repairs. Please thank him again for me! My old aging cat and I enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the fire!”
