“Tom came out, took a look, and gave us two estimates depending on the product we wanted. We chose the Mitsubishi. The price was fair.
Mark was the project manager. He came out first to set up what had to be done and then came the next day with Jon and Michael to get the project going.
Jon and Michael were there each day (three in total), worked through the day, and did a fine job on the installation of the heat pump. Plus, they were just two good guys to have on the job. When they were finished, they cleaned up the area and even wrapped our water heater while wrapping the furnace vents. Much appreciated that.
We had used Matt in years past on our oil furnace. He always did a great job. The furnace was still functioning well, but it was time to move on.
Petra is a company I can highly recommend.”
“I very seldom leave reviews, but I had to make sure to publicly recognize Justin, my AC installer. He did an exemplary job and really went above and beyond. The replacement of my system was complicated (and highly unusual according to all the experts who looked at it), but Justin did not cut any corners installing the replacement unit. At every level, the folks I dealt with at Petra were professional and courteous! I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending them.”
“Justin and his crew spent two long days to replace our furnace and air conditioner. We really appreciated their work. Justin also stayed with us to teach us how to program and use the thermostat. All was well. I later discovered there was no electricity to our dishwasher. I contacted Tom, who set in motion a process to identify the problem. Matt talked to Justin, then emailed me, and we had a few more emails to try to figure out what happened, but couldn’t resolve the issue. Justin came back the next day, quickly determined the problem, and fixed it in about an hour. We expect to be happy with our new heating and AC unit. But we are really pleased with the customer service we have received from everyone at PETRA. Justin and his crew, Tom and Matt, but also Brittnee and Jon. Thanks, guys.”
“We had some service problems with our old furnace. Petra got their people out quickly to inspect and diagnose problem. We eventually ended up purchasing a new furnace from them. We are repeat customers because of the quality and integrity of their employees. They were able to get our furnace installed in a timely manner. Their employees were respectful and very hard working (staying late to make sure we had a working system). I would never hesitate to recommend Petra to our friends. Five stars all around!!”
