“We have had an ongoing contract for 2 years (check air conditioner and furnace each year — 2 trips), and love the thoroughness of his technical evaluation. Andy is wonderful at answering any questions, and I do tend to ask. He tells us what his official report will say and clarifies with additional information if we need it. His report includes photos of what measurements he took. We just added another year to our contract because of the care they take with customers.”
